EULA - End User License Agreement

Demo License information

Please read this software license agreement carefully. By using Demo Doc2html Pro+ Software Developer Kit (hereafter "Demo SDK") you indicate your acceptance and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this software license agreement. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of the agreement, then do not purchase or use the Demo SDK.

GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Wordcnv Software (hereafter noted as "Wordcnv") grants to You a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable right and license to use the Demo SDK solely for the demonstrational purposes of developing Developer Programs.

You are not allowed to distribute Demo Doc2html component in any way and by any means.

The Demo SDK allows you to extract all the information from MS Word 97/2000/XP/2003 required for html conversion. Extracted information includes characters, paragraphs, tables and numbered lists formatting, document summary information, pictures, bookmark references etc. Wordcnv also guarantee that Doc2html library will process correctly MS Word documents without MS Office/MS Word or any third-party components and libraries installed.

Demo SDK package contents may vary depending on Developer's Program Language and requests, but it includes a linkable library file, sample code, and documentation in any acceptable format (html, chm, pdf).

OWNERSHIP OF THE SOFTWARE

All rights of any kind which are not expressly granted in this agreement are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by Dmitry Ostrov (Wordcnv Software). You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the software to human readable form, nor permit anyone else to do so. You may not rent, lease or sell the software or any portion thereof, nor permit anyone else to do so. You may not make the software available to others, nor permit anyone else to do so.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Wordcnv assumes no liability for any consequential, incidental or special damages including any lost profits, lost savings, costs, fees or expenses of any kind or nature arising out of any provision of this agreement or the use or inability to use Doc2html library or Demo SDK, even if Wordcnv has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
